Monitor Sales and Order Operation

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Set a clear mission for Purchase Order movement and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

Supervise Logistics Coordination

• Timely resolve all issues and requirements regarding to Customs audit, Conformity certificate and other customs clearance matters from Authorities
• Plan and monitor inbound, outbound deliveries
• Manage shipping route and timeline as well as handle all incidents from unloading point to local deliveries
• Review and approve local logistics and transportation cost
• Set up the target shipments for VN Log team
• Be in charge for Transfer Price topic, clarify face to face the different price to Customs
• Optimize transportation cost and transit time, cost management, claim and warranty process
• Direct Demo stock storage, cycle counting and scrapping
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and regulations
• Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Work with other stakeholders to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

- Cost Controlling:

• Cost center controlling (including MEC, YEC, BP, FC)
• Implementation and controlling of cost measures
• Intercompany charging for all SLA and any other charges (e.g. local certification, new GS CD still under verification)

- Reporting:

• Monthly Sales Associate Performance Report; Point of Sales (Tier2) Reporting
• Ad-hoc customer sales analytics incl. TNS/ Order book/Pipeline
• Contractually Obligated External Reporting (e.g. Government/Customer/Regulators/Environmental)

- Support of Pricing and Contract Management:

• Support of Contract Management - Customer Contract Development, Review, and Negotiation
• Support of Pricelist creation
• Maintenance of Net Pricing for selective customers, i.e. BLP reduced by all discounts (e.g. Siemens)
• Administration of Performance criteria (e.g. Stock Holding, Marketing Co-op Funds)

- Legal Entity Tasks:

• Transfer pricing: calculation based on general rules at guidance of BT/FC reporting (e.g. YEC, income statement, tax income statement, other tax document, government, regualtors, chambers, environmental)
• Coordinate YEC and audit of local GAAP and IFRS accounts
• Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intanglibles (buildings)
• Interface to BPO

- Local governance:

• Support central risk management on controls, collaboration on local audits, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis), Ensure compliance of local activities

- Credit management:

• Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue

- Customer escalation support:

• 2nd level of support for clarifying customer escalations, e.g. Delivery complaints, payments, warranty cases (outside RMA), contractual topics, pricing

- Others:

• Direct Purchasing: for smaller Countries without dedicated Headcount. Tasks include Local-for-Local, Demo goods, Indirect purchasing, Assignment ofFI invoices in APM

The Brokerage Specialist is responsible for liaising with customers, broker agencies and customs officials and supervising the brokerage agencies or freight forwarders to ensure goods are cleared through customs or quarantine in accordance with import and export laws and regulations. He/She is also expected to work with colleagues and partners outside to accomplish his/her work.

• Monitoring status of shipments from port to customers’ warehouses in Vietnam
• Resolve issues with LSP for shipments in Vietnam
• Implement standard and established compliance administrative activities
• Manage and coordinate with broker agents for country import clearance activities for countries in ASEAN
• Work closely with FT Compliance officer and support in maintenance of HS codes for countries in ASEAN
• Coordinate with country sales office on tariff / costs matters, including settlement
• Coordinate with origin countries to receive original Certificate of Origin for custom clearance within stipulated timeline.
• Follow up from customs approval for Certificate of Origin to tax reimbursement.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and fostering engagement across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Communications

• Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to produce compelling content for social media platforms, PR articles, and other marketing collateral

2) Implementing Marketing Plan

• Take lead for the execution of O2O marketing activities for Vietnam (conferences, product launch events, roadshows, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc.). Support the marketing activities of APAC regions
• Be a key contact to work with stakeholders and agencies to ensure timely project delivery
• Provide creative direction and support in designing visual assets, including graphics, infographics, and presentations, to complement marketing initiatives

3) Digital Marketing

• Oversee the management and optimization of all social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and relevant groups/communities

• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance

1. Analyse legal regulations and standards of countries worldwide, derive technical requirements, including documentation in databases in technical topic areas such as vehicle safety, exhaust treatment, emissions, on-board diagnosis, safety, security, materials, data protection, fuel consumptions/energy consumption, EMC, reliability, vibration or others.

2. Understand automotive and non-automotive products, systems, SW and services in order to identify relevant regulations, to derive requirements and conduct product evaluation.

• Use multiple systems and tools to support freight cost verification and audit (e.g. Cargo2.5, AEB and Excel)
• Responsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with logistics service providers
• Cost analysis of freight cost to identify potential freight savings
• Negotiate with logistics service providers in case of unforeseen charges (eg: Red Sea, Covid adder) and support in transport tender project

As an Embedded Software Developer for Automotive applications (such as: ABS/ESP/Air Bag/Adaptive Cruise Control Electronic Control Units (ECUs), etc.), your main responsibilities include:
