Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Business Development: Identify and engage potential new clients, conduct market research, and explore sales opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Client and Candidate Relationships: Build and nurture excellent relationships with clients and candidates. Understand their requirements and problems, ensuring we deliver exceptional service as expert partners.
• Sales and Engagement: Meet and exceed your targets, and be involved in client sales and engagement from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and delivery.

BONUS

Under this scheme, you are entitled to earn 10% of temp gross profit for each new client win for the first six months of supply. New clients are classified as those where there has been no supply over the preceding 12 months.
This commission is only earnt once a threshold of £2,000 per month of new client gross profit is reached. This commission is paid out monthly in arrears.

Our family run company is expanding, and we’re seeking another dynamic and tenacious recruitment consultant to join us in our Abingdon office. We’re looking to develop in new areas and to do that we want to expand our already successful team.

To help grow you’ll have the support of our fantastic resource team as well as a dedicated manager to support you. Our customer-focused approach will see the customer's journey at the heart of everything we do. We like our service to do the talking but we need people who are happy to pick up the phone and shout from the rooftops about how passionate we are about what we do.

The role will be office based cover shifts between 7.00 – 4.00 and 8.00 – 5.00 with an on-call rota.
