We are currently seeking an interim HR People Partner, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. You will support the Head of Inclusive Learning in managing the overall Inclusive Learning Service to meet the College’s Strategic and Operational objectives. You will have a successful record of leading and managing staff and have a track record in delivering staff development training and other identifiable personal achievements.

You will have good working knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Equality Act 2010, Children & Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice and the implications for the Learning Support Service. Continuously monitor competitor strategies and market trends. Provide actionable insights to help company stay ahead in the marketplace and adjust our strategy as needed.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for packaging, product positioning, and brand development. Ensure alignment with companies' long-term goals and vision, driving both growth and brand equity.
Mix Management: Identify the optimum high profit SKUs, channel segmentation, the right shelf location, optimum promotion and display.
Identify KPIs to measure success, responsible for creating commercial guidelines for sales team.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure the execution of market strategies is seamless and aligned with organisational objectives.
Promotional Management: establish promotional guidelines aligned with the brand to ensure profitability.

To manage and coordinate legal disrepair cases and arbitration processes, ensuring all disrepair claims are dealt with efficiently, with minimal legal and financial exposure for the Council. The role will ensure value for money is achieved in settling disrepair cases, coordinating with the repairs partnering and legal teams, as well as with residents.
The Litigation Coordinator will handle a portfolio of cases, working closely with contractors and legal teams to ensure that disrepair cases are resolved promptly, while maintaining a high standard of service for tenants and leaseholders, and accurate record of the repairs history for individual repairs cases.
The role will ensure accurate monitoring of repair cases, including repairs history, expenditure and financial forecasting on legal disrepair cases, and enable informed decision making to effectively manage the overall disrepair programme, including prioritization of disrepair cases.
