Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for HR digital transformation and data management?
We are looking for an experienced HR Projects & Data Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR processes and data strategy!
This role is based in Newcastle on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office based.
What you'll be doing
As an HR Projects & Data Manager, you will lead our HR digital transformation journey by identifying and delivering technology-driven projects to enhance process efficiency. You will also spearhead our HR data strategy, ensuring robust processes are in place for proactive data management and structure maintenance.
- Data Management and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across HR systems. Work with stakeholders to maintain compliance with GDPR.
- Project Management: Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, scope, and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize technology utilization and drive project success.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve existing HR processes through technology adoption, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments, providing training and support on data management tools and new technologies.
Who we're looking for
The following skills and experience are required:
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in new technologies (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGBT) and their application in HR.
- Knowledge of GDPR and its application to HR data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic workload.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering projects within a governance framework.
- Proficiency in using technology to identify and implement solutions.
- Experience in process re-engineering and managing change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field (desirable).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) (desirable).
