If so, we invite you to join our in-house talent acquisition team at Elysium Healthcare as our Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our workforce, helping to deliver exceptional healthcare by recruiting top talent.
Working 37.5 hours a week on a 12-month fixed contract, you’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative talent acquisition and onboarding team. This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic organisation and help shape the future of healthcare delivery by securing the best talent in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to preparing them for interviews and supporting their onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using various platforms, including job boards, databases, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior hiring managers, including the Executive Board, to ensure recruitment strategies align with organisational goals and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- PSL Management: Manage the permanent agency PSL, selecting and maintaining relationships with agencies that best support our hiring needs.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Elysium Healthcare, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment outreach.
- Innovation and Improvement: Implement new recruitment initiatives and support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Hybrid Work: Work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week at our new Luton office and flexibility to visit key sites across the country as needed (regular travel is not required).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in recruiting for head office, senior, and executive-level roles.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
- Experience managing a permanent agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
