Duties Include:

• Management of the stores system book in/out items as required from business needs
• Inspection and confirmation that delivery requirements are compliant and accurate to order description, free of damage and of the correct specification and quality
• Continuous monitoring of inventory levels through periodic stocktaking activities
• Tracking and expediting of goods ordered in compliance with delivery lead times and control of goods issued to ensure management of stock is controlled
• Coordination of allocation and kitting of inventory required for scheduled work
• Identification, locating and reserving materials held on inventory for work scheduled or point of use and management of unused spares back onto stock
• Management of all inventory through an existing MRP system, ensuring accurate data input together with responsibility for the integrity of all software systems
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant Health and Safety procedures
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; consults with the Production Manager in respect of placing or expediting orders for supply
• Documents actions as appropriate/completes all company paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Contributes to the team effort meeting all schedules and timelines demonstrates a strong team approach ensuring clear communication with colleagues at all levels
• To undertake continuous training and development as required
• Undertaking any other duties as may be required by the Management team

Responsible for the management of the anodising system, which includes:
• Preparation of all parts to be delivered for plating, on the anodising bench
• Ensures all paperwork is present and correct for all parts being sent to anodising
• Ensures the system is updated for all parts being sent to anodising and subsequently returned

The HR Manager is an essential role in managing the HR provision. This is a stand-alone role reporting to the Regional HR Partner of the Trust. **No previous experience in engineering necessary, all training is provided in house**

Duties Include:

• Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning etc
• Preparing and loading raw materials and parts into the machines
• Inspecting and measuring finished products and comparing them with technical and quality requirements
• De-burring and cleaning of finished parts as necessary
• Emptying swarf trays as appropriate
• Ensuring that every machine procedure is undertaken in accordance with the company guidelines
• Ensuring all machines operated throughout the day together with surrounding work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Strictly adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Demonstrating a strong team approach ensuring clear communication with colleagues at all levels
• Adhering to SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Undertaking any other duties as may be required by the Management team

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all candidate recruitment activities. You will be responsible for registering suitable candidates in line with Company and/or client criteria, completing candidate clearances/references and ensuring candidates are fully compliant before being passed back to site or to the branches. You will also develop and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and understand individual requirements to ensure better planning and coordination of open and assessment days.

Applicants will need to hold a full UK driving license as weekly service visits to our sites to register candidates and conduct open days will be necessary.
