Your new role

Your new job working as a Senior Broker Support Technician will be responsible for providing a quality technical service to Brokers covering all aspects of their insurance.
You will be responsible for the production of MRC slips and endorsements. You will also be responsible for working closely with Placing Brokers, Producing Brokers, colleagues and clients. The role will inched the analysis of data under existing Binding Authority Agreements. Dealing with Market statistics (PI / Earned to Incurred etc). Preparation of MRC slips and endorsements, as well as updating and maintaining monthly Earned to Incurred statistics. Compiling and maintaining risk level data for Binding Authority Agreements. Knowledge and use of Lloyd's systems eg DComm/Lineage (would be advantageous). You will also produce open market MRC Slips and Endorsements on occasions.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Technician dealing with Non Marine or Property risks emanating ideally from North America will contribute to your success in securing this role. Experience of Binding Authorities as well as DComm/Lineage would be advantageous. You will be technically astute and ideally, you will have an experience in MRC slip production and endorsements. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Cross training to NA Property and Transportation will be offered

The HR Systems and Data Team are responsible for the application support and development of the new HR and Payroll System, enabling customers to make full use of the applications. The Role

Part of the HR Systems team focussing on HR Systems application support and maintenance, enabling customers to make full use of the applications on which service relies.

Responsible for the support and development of HR system. Provision of assistance to the HR Systems team in the production of Management Information and maintenance of HR system.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.
• Ability to write new reports and amending existing reports on using report browsers, Excel to present data.
• Support the Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.
• Support the provision of reports to ensure are received in a reasonable and timely manner.
• Support the testing of any changes, upgrades or enhancements to the system.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Ability to Support and maintain iTrent HR System and provide customer support
• Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include creation of Pivot Tables

This well-known biotech is looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their established Global Regulatory Affairs team. This is a 12-month contract job with scope for extension.

Your new role
As Global Regulatory Affairs Manager you will support the creation of strategy and execution plans and manage regulatory submissions (e.g., clinical trial and marketing applications) for products within the portfolio in compliance with global filing plans and local regulatory requirements.

As Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will take a lead role in advising the Global Regulatory team on regional considerations in developing strategy, as well as ensuring the regional needs are well-defined and implemented in collaboration with relevant regional stakeholders.

In order to be considered for this contract job as Regulatory Affairs Manager Global, you must have prior experience in region for MAs, CTAs / post approval changes and amendments, extensions, and renewals.

About the Role: As a Financial Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting transportation operators as they join the organisation. You will ensure they are upskilled and trained on new finance processes, systems, and policies, setting them up for success from day one. This role involves establishing new transactional relationships with banks, managing direct debits, and overseeing all financial transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage bank accounts, Bankline, suppliers, cash collection, Direct Debits, BAC systems, credit/purchase cards, treasury workshops, and purchase orders.
• Engage with third-party service providers such as fuel card companies and PayPal to ensure relevant accounts and processes are in place.
• Prepare for and manage tax-related activities with HMRC, including Corporation Tax, PAYE, and VAT.
• Forecast cash flow to ensure timely management and payment readiness.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for funding and working capital.
• Implement and manage delegation of authority packs aligned with governance.
• Assess and map out finance teams and systems, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with the transfer of assets and ensure proper insurance processes.
• Support the finance team post-transition to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing compliance.

About You:

• Qualifications: Qualified accountant with a strong financial background.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, exceptional communication skills, and strong ability in cash management and process efficiencies.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing cash for multiple legal entities, understanding financial systems, and using technology to improve reporting timelines and standards.
• Attributes: Proactive approach, motivated to improve business processes, and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
