Position: Assistant Director / Deputy Director, Corporate Human Resource
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Salary Range: $9,000 to $12,000 (commensurate with experience)
Role Summary:
As part of the HR management team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and delivering effective people management and development policies, systems, and processes to attract, motivate, and retain talent. In this strategic role, you will partner with line departments and divisions, focusing on developing recruitment strategies to address skill shortages, identify recruitment sources, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet organizational needs.
Your mission will be to strengthen the organization as an Employer of Choice through innovative and progressive HR strategies in manpower planning, staffing, job design, talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to address skills gaps and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Implement HR strategies that align with Group HR plans, focusing on manpower planning, job design, and talent acquisition
- Foster staff retention through effective performance management and employee relations
