The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Previous experience of working with a large multi-site Care Provider within a capacity of a high-Level Manager
• Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
• Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people
• Flexible and willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including the occasional weekend shifts

1. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
2. Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in HR matters, such as manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, remuneration, performance and talent management, learning and development, disciplinary and grievances etc.

Salary: £310.39 per day

To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.

• To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
• Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.
• Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.
• Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.
• Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.
• A key member of the Building Safety Team.

KNOWLEDGE:
 Essential - Knowledge and experience of building construction methods and materials
Essential - A demonstrable understanding of building regulations and the requirements
of the Building Safety legislation
 Essential - A clear understanding of the requirements of the Building Safety Bill and other emerging requirements, regulations and guidance.
 Essential - Knowledge of the requirements for good building safety management and processes.
 Essential - Good stakeholder engagement knowledge and experience.
 Essential – excellent project management knowledge and experience
