• Regular update of Statutory Contract labour documents such as attendance, ESI, PF, working hours etc.
• Responsible for maintenance and entry of HR data. Maintain P-files ensuring all data reflect latest updates, especially to job, salary and all communication letters. Also develop computer reports as requested.
• Supports Human Resources Manager and the outsourced recruiting consultants with the successful recruitment of individuals.  Coordinates for background checks, pre-employment medical checks and psychometric profiling for qualified candidates.
• Provide support and coaching to employees on absence management, disability leave and family medical leave etc.
• Responsible for accurate record keeping e.g. potential candidate listings, open requisitions, internal databank etc.
• Responsible for coordinating with all departments for onboarding and joining formalities for new joinees and providing HR orientation to new joinees
• Regular update of Statutory documents such as Annual Census, Adult register, Muster Roll Register, Wage Register, Third party Contractors Register, Bonus pay register, Attendance record, Notify vacancies to employment exchange.
