Hays are recruiting for a successful technology business based in the Manchester City Centre who are seeking a temporary data entry administrator to help support their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing finance administration support to one of the teams. This includes data entry, inputting data onto the Oracle system, handling PO attachments and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team. In addition, this role will focus on the invoicing and reconciliation related activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proactive, personable and have a 'can do attitude'. The successful candidate will be organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will be a quick learner, picking up new systems quickly or prior experience using Oracle is preferable. You will be immediately available and able to hit the ground running.
