Your new role
This is a newly created Internal Recruiter to join a streamlined HR Team. The job will be diverse and will need a commercially minded and proactive candidate. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for my client. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
You will work closely with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs, write job descriptions and adverts, and design the interview processes aligned with best practices. As part of your proactive approach, you will engage in online sourcing to identify and attract active and passive candidates and ensure timely role fulfilment. The focus will be on filling technical roles across the UK, and ultimately, you will undertake activities to help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will require:
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter, recruitment consultant/agent or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably 'workable.
- Experienced using various interview formats (telephone, video, structured, panel).
- Proven experience identifying, sourcing and attracting passive and active candidates to fill open positions.
- Experience of technical recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive candidate experience.
- The ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and external recruiters.
- Confident, professional and positive when working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A passion for recruitment and creating a positive employer brand.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets, reducing time to hire and agency spending.
