Job Scope

• Assist with the entire recruitment process (especially on PMET roles)
• Conduct quarterly KPI reviews with Managers to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
• Follow up on pending matters and drive performance through various HR tools
• Plan and develop training program for personnel
• Maintain and upkeep of all contracts, agreements, office leasing, Insurance records and renewals, with prompt highlight at least 2 months before its expiry
• Assist to submit claims to Insurers and to follow up with the payments
• Conduct exit interviews for staff who are resigning and ensure proper handover via counter checking with the reporting manager
• Explain policies and HR procedures to staffs
• Maintain and upkeep office assets and equipment, replenish pantry and stationeries and ensure the office administrative and operations are taken care of
• Preparing monthly payrolls
• Any other adhoc administrative duties

Experience –3 years experience, Must be well versed and knowledgeable in Malaysia’s Employment Act

Office Location : Sri Petaling

Office Hour : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities: 

• Issue invoice, credit note & debit note, bank reconciliation, journal voucher, petty cash, staff claim & other related matter on regular basic.
• Process payments, monthly commitment made within timeline.
• Ensure all payment received must be invoiced without delay and cheque payment or E-banking made to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government and other statutory bodies.
• Ensure effective management of treasury and proper utilization of fund with updated cash flow.
• Preparation of monthly payroll including all deductions and statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO & Payroll tax.
• Handle company’s confidential documents, ensure the effectiveness of office administration and maintain conducive working environment.
• Provide support role for HR matters.
• Co-ordinate liaises with other departments efficiently
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill (s) : Ms Word & Excel and Accounting software (Please state which software).
• Computer savvy.
• Ability to work independently, timeline cautious, meticulous with high level of motivation.
• Statistically inclined with good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to cope with reporting deadlines.
• Prefer Chinese Female only.
• Required Languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Honest, responsible, hardworking and self-disciplined.

Currently they are looking for accounting qualified candidates to become part of the Finance team to manage the functions of accounting and finance of the organization at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. 

The job role

This role is full time permanent position reporting to Accountant within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will support the Accountant in the day-to-day accounting functions in the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage the accounting functions and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals, prepayments, depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Requirements: Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for Malaysian candidate in age group 28-45. The candidate must possess minimum LCCI Diploma qualification in Accounting or at best a Bachelor degree or part qualified ACCA/CIMA.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin and very importantly willing and able to work at Bakit Jalil area.
