Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to provide training and resources that support career growth.
Work with senior leadership to establish succession plans and readiness strategies for critical roles.
Generate periodic reports and insights for senior management on compensation trends, turnover rates, and employee progression metrics.
Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in HR.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word.
