You will:
- Provide the full range of human capital management advisory services, guidance, and assistance for assigned organizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management officials and the Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Provide advice on planning and executing staffing, recruitment and placement programs, policies, procedures and accepted practices.
- Conduct comprehensive research to assess and enhance program effectiveness and efficiency and recommend changes.
- Provide guidance and analysis on the development of reorganization proposals and changes in program functions.
