Enabling all the Learning & Development needs and anchoring all the training programs on time
Managing the Performance Management process end to end for each cycle
Taking care of any employee grievances and addressing them on time
Managing the rewards and recognitions program on a quarterly basis
Keeping the Talent Delight Index high by implementing necessary actions
Publishing the Talent Management dashboard on a periodical basis to all the stakeholders with the necessary information on the talent health including the PAWS / attrition status
Working on initiatives to retain talent from time to time
Managing the employees locals ratio and initiating necessary activities to keep the fraction healthy at any time
Talent Compliance:
Ensuring the Annual Workplace Gender Equality reporting is done, and the company is compliant from the WGEA standpoint
Labour Hire Licenses of each applicable Australian states to be made available
Workers Compensation reporting and premium payments to be always tracked and paid on-time and the valid COCs for each operating state to be made available
Payroll tax Registrations for any new operating state to be enabled
Keeping the Australian Bureau of Statistics updated on quarterly basis on all the surveys about the company and employees status
Compensation & Benefits:
Managing the Salary Master for the region
Assisting all the stakeholders with the relevant comp and ben data as requested in confidence
Ensuring Fusion updates of any comp changes to team members are done with immediate effect and the systemic data health is 100%
Creating the PAR sheets for different tiers as per the cycles based on the allocated budgets
Managing the annual PAR & Promo budgets and working on any compensation changes for all the team members within the same
Issuing letters for all the adhoc revisions / incentives / bonus letters
Managing the Sales Commissions process from issuance of plans to executing the calculations & getting them paid out on time
