Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and applications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, either independently or with hiring managers.
Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Foster relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Coordination and Administration:
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and background checks as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate statuses, and recruitment outcomes.
