We have an urgent requirement for a HR Officer to join our client's team in Maidstone on a temporary basis.

You will have a responsibility to:

• Ensure all information is secured confidentially in compliance with GDPR
• Submit payroll details accurately
• Work towards deadlines
• Identify whether something needs escalating

Duties will include:

• Administration relating to absences, on boarding, contract changes and leavers
• Update the system for any payroll or contract changes in line with deadlines
• Prepare documents for new starters and leavers
• Conduct exit interviews with colleagues
• Liaise with other departments e.g. payroll regarding pay, pensions or time sensitive submission deadlines
• Support the HR policy with identifying trends to evolve or for example updating HR policies

This role is Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) and the desk is covered 8-6 on a rota basis. This role pays £14.42ph. This could also lead permanent for the right candidate. There is also an opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after training.

We are recruiting for a HR & Payroll Assistant to join an established team within a large organisation. You will be responsible for the recording of employee data from new starters to leavers, processing and monitoring expenses and the accurate and compliant administration of payroll.

HR Duties:

• Maintain the HR system, ensuring compliance

Payroll Duties:

Person specification:

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch. They offer a 4-day week in the office and working from home on a Friday.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 highly desirable or Level 3
• Experienced in a HR work environment with excellent knowledge on Employment Law, disciplinaries

• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good ethical judgement.

HR Manager - Sandwich

We're delighted to be assisting our highly-respected client in their search for a full-time permanent HR Manager, a brand new position created as a result of their continued growth. This is a 37.5 hour per week role, with some flexibility around hours.
