This is an exciting time to join the Recruitment team as we are in a development and growth phase, and you will be responsible for a Recruitment Officer who will support you in ensuring the entire recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding is efficient and effective and that pre-employment checks are completed in line with NHS standards. The Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for their own business area, building relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a subject matter expert and proactively making decisions and informing the Trust about the best recruitment practices. This role will manage the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end, with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy with a great candidate experience from start to finish. Alongside recruitment you will need to be data and system savvy in order to track and analyse recruitment metrics to keep hiring managers and other stakeholders informed, and be guided by this information in the strategies we employ. As well as a seasoned recruiter you will need to have good admin skills as you are responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle. This role is 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we are currently working in a hybrid manner with two days in the HR office at Littlemore near Oxford and the rest of the time from home. In addition we also have quarterly training days and attend various events across the region as well as supporting at Corporate Induction on a monthly basis and it is essential that you are able to commute to these as required.
