- Serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, leading and mentoring a diverse department of human resource professionals.
- Provide civilian human resource program advisory to organizational leaders on staffing, classifications, and labor management employee relations.
- Manage recruitment actions for government service employees supporting the military treatment facility and outlying clinics.
- Oversee retention efforts for all currently employed government service employees in the organization.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs), recruitment, relocation, retention incentives and special salary rates.
- Advising on the civilian employee organization’s annual performance evaluation program, performance awards, and recognition programs.
- Manage the process for on-boarding and integrating new civilian employees for the organization.
- Providing advisement and oversight on civilian timekeeping and payroll.
