We are on the search for an organised and pro-active HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis in our Helmshore office. Reporting into the Lead HR Systems Advisor, you will be a key contact for staff queries as well as tracking and recording information appropriately.
What you will be doing:
* Supporting the Lead HR Systems Advisor with queries relating to our internal HRIS
* Supporting on ad-hoc projects as required
* Ensuring the central HR database system is up to date
* Processing changes to contracts of employment within the system and ensuring contractual documentation reflects any changes
* Responsible for the administration of the Maternity/Paternity process for the group
* Supporting with the employee leaver process including administering leaver letters and sending employment references
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience working with HR/Recruitment systems is desirable but not essential
* Intermediate experience and confidence in using MS Excel and other MS Office software
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* High level of self-motivation
* Ability to work as part of a team
