To assist daily operations of the HR & Admin Department, including the following duties:
- Participate in handling full spectrum of HR & Administration functions in daily operations, specially staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits and office administration.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Provide HR support managing personnel files
- Experience in handling work permit applications and annual insurance renewal is a must
- To ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local employment law and regulations
- Assist in overtime computation
- Manage the housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
- Organize company event
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Human Resource
- Preferably specialized in Human Resource with at least 2 years’ working experience
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Flexible, meticulous, organized and pro-active
