We have a vacancy in our team for a Band 6 Community Specialist Palliative Care nurse.

You will be joining a small team committed to managing palliative and end of life advice and support to patients and their families with complex needs who have life limiting illnesses.

• Be able to work autonomously as well as being an active team member

• Work in partnership with family support therapists and psychologists to deliver complex psychological support.
• Attend monthly clinical supervision sessions to support practice

This post is for Acute Dialysis and the Renal Intervention Treatment Area (RITA) and the successful candidate will be required to rotate between both areas.

Interventional Radiology is an expanding service providing excellent care now to include admission and recovery of elective patients and a continued emergency service for the Trust.
