• Work autonomously within a team, under the support of a Band 6 OT, to contribute to the development of the Specialist Occupational Therapy Service in WAM CTPLD.

• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to assess, plan, implement, and review Occupational Therapy treatment plans for individuals with learning disabilities.

• Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, using person-centred, evidence-based approaches to create and evaluate individualized interventions.

• Provide specialist clinical advice and training to colleagues, carers, and professionals, including students.

• Set specific, relevant goals and conduct care assessments at the start, during, and upon discharge for each referral.

• Maintainaccurateclient records and update Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuringa holistic approachto client care
