Remote VA PH is currently seeking an experienced Medical Biller with expertise in QuickBooks to join our client's healthcare team. This role involves handling all aspects of medical billing, payment posting, claims submission, and accounts management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures, insurance guidelines, and proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records and reconciliations

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Billing: Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
• Claims Management: Handle denied or rejected claims, investigate and correct billing errors, and resubmit claims to maximize reimbursement.
• Accounts Receivable: Track and manage accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid claims, and initiate collections for overdue accounts.
• Payment Posting: Accurately post payments from insurance companies, government programs, and patients into the accounting system.
• QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, manage patient invoices, and generate financial reports.
• Patient Communication: Interact with patients to discuss billing issues, set up payment plans, and resolve any billing questions or disputes.
• Compliance: Ensure billing practices comply with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and insurance standards.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on revenue, outstanding accounts, and billing productivity for management review.

• Experience: Proven work experience in medical billing, with experience in QuickBooks required.

We are looking for an experienced Counsellor for Depression (CfD). As a practitioner you will play a crucial role in our Step 3 team providing first-class mental health care to the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland population. What you will do in the role…

Vita Health Group and With You are delighted to be launching a new clinical partnership, bringing together over 40 years of mental health experience, to support individuals and communities across Kent and Medway. We are looking for pioneering, skilled clinicians & administrators to join us on this exciting journey and play a central role in shaping the delivery of NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression across the region.

This position is an integral part of the service and will ensure the smooth running of the NHS Talking Therapies contract. This is done by providing an effective and efficient administrative service for NHS patients, referring GP’s, healthcare professionals and ICB contacts. The role is varied and covers a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day to day operations of the service, as well as contributing to its ongoing development.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your administration and customer service skills in a busy fast-paced organisation. You should have good experience of dealing with the public and be a confident communicator both on the telephone and over email. The role would be based 2 days in an office and 3 days working from home. You would be working shifts including 1 late, 12pm - 8pm. The service is open 8am - 8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering incoming and making outbound calls in a professional manner within agreed KPIs.
• Processing referrals within targeted timeframe
• Updating patient information within the record system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Monitoring and actioning treatment waitlists.
• Monitoring and responding to enquiries via email.
• Checking and processing letters to patients, GP’s and Healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring patients are communicated with at the earliest opportunity for any changes to appointments including cancellations and reschedules.
• General administration and any other ad hoc duties to contribute to the smooth running of the service.
