You will be expected to : Develop understanding of all elements of the nursing process within the ADHD service and be able to assist the registered mental health nurses in the on-going assessment, planning, management and evaluation of care Assist in the delivery of complex care as prescribed by the registered mental health nurse Analysis of rating scales and developmental and early education history Work with patients and registered nurses to develop and implement care plans within the scope of your competence Provide skilled, evidence-based care which adheres to agreed policies and procedures Take responsibility for monitoring and evaluating care Ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is maintained at all times Demonstrate the ability to recognise changing priorities, seeking advice and guidance from the registered nurse or other registered care professionals as appropriate Report back and share information with the registered mental health nurses on the condition, behaviour, activity and responses of individuals Recognise deterioration in patients and escalate concerns appropriately Demonstrate good understanding of principles of consent and ensure valid consent is obtained prior to undertaking nursing and care procedures Act as a patient advocate within the multi-disciplinary team Signpost to other teams or services as appropriate Develop a working knowledge of other providers resources and referral systems to ensure individuals needs are met, within parameters of practice Promote health and prevent ill health: Working in partnership with patients and their families and carers Acting as a role model for staff working closely with people using our services Gaining consent and, as far as possible, involving people in all decision making Signposting patients and carers to supportive services Reassuring people by being professional, responsive, knowledgeable and confident in the scope of the service Being willing to proactively investigate areas of knowledge outside of scope and report back to the team and patient once informed Escalating complaints or concerns effectively and quickly in line with Quays policy Be professional and work to the Code for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates: As a Nursing Associate you will be registered with the NMC and expected to work to the Code of Conduct for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates by: Taking responsibility for maintaining your registration and revalidation as required by theNMC Participating in supervision and annual appraisals which will help you to reflect on your work, understand your objectives and monitor your progress towards achieving them Supporting others in the multi-disciplinary team Use continuing professional development and personal development plans to help you maintain the skill set you developed as a trainee nursing associate Service specific responsibilities: To undertake and interpret clinical observations contributing to a patients initial ADHD assessment including the review of self-report measures; rating scales; direct and indirect structured observations Conducting semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the clients care under the direction of the RMN Develop an understanding of caring for individuals with conditions relevant to scope of service Accurately record health assessments Support patients with all aspects of care Identify and record physical health care needs within care plans Demonstrate good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and apply principles to everyday practice seeking advice / guidance from the Registered Nurse or registered care professional as required. To work to deliver therapeutic observation and actively deliver group sessions To conduct audits as directed by the ADHD Specialist Practitioner and service manager

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £14.50 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
