Major duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and analyze detailed plans, objectives, and metrics for their acquisition projects.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and determine the most appropriate path forward for effective and efficient equipment acquisition, requiring the application of advanced PM/organizational principles and the use of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Analyze, plan, and coordinate all phases of the acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, installation, training, operational support, sustainment, and modernization.
- Contribute to the PEO and the Program Manager's mission by planning, directing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating all functions and objectives.
- Determine the goals of the project, estimation and scheduling and determining project milestones, to include all aspects of project/program management.
- Manage, direct and coordinate all tasks relating to their specific projects through the different functions in the life cycle phases: plan, source, deliver, maintain, and return.
- Provide good stewardship of available resources, resulting in providing clinicians with the most up-to-date equipment the industry has to offer, while providing the ability to forecast replacement needs.
- Identify cost items that significantly impact the clinical care mission, building methodology and updating it with lessons teamed/industry best practices, implementing PM core competencies, and building a common set of experiences through internal/external training.
- Evaluates management data, analyzes trends, identifies problem areas, and formulates proposals to ensure effective and efficient operations of the ECLM program logistics support.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Program Manager, other related Project Managers, matrix support organizations, the user community and contractor partners in support of the project execution.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary in nature. There are no special physical requirements. The work is performed primarily in office areas or conference rooms and similar environments. However, it may require some traveling.
