Information regarding the Neurodiversity Pathway The Neurodiversity Pathway is a developing integrated pathway within CFHD. The Integrated Neurodiversity Team provides specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people and their families where the presenting need relates to neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Condition, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Tics and Tourette Syndrome. The integrated team will bring together a variety of multi-disciplinary colleagues including Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Mental Health Practitioners, including CBT therapists, from a diverse range of backgrounds. This provides an opportunity to work in a team with a strong multidisciplinary ethos as well as collaborating with colleagues in other pathways and working in partnership with other agencies such as local Paediatric teams and education providers.

Job Role:
• To provide clinical and administrative support to the Dental Officer to enable maintenance of the surgery. To work in collaboration with the Ocean View multi-disciplinary team, to develop robust discharge plans with and for service users. This will involve working with service users from admission to the ward, through their in-patient stay, and post-discharge in the community. Main duties of the job The CYP IAPT Recruit to Train programme involves both academic learning, coursework and supervised clinical practice. Post holders will be employees of CFHD on a substantive contract and also enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course with Exeter University. It is essential that applicants are able to balance a busy work and study schedule. Study time and/or teaching days are typically two days a week during term.
