Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Director to lead our regional operations as we expand into new territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in managing salon operations at a regional level.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the regional market.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple beauty salons within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Lead and motivate salon teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and performance management of salon staff.

Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance brand reputation and market presence.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and differentiation.

Monitor salon performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and finance, to support business objectives and initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the beauty or wellness industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple salon locations or regional operations.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and salon management software.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Purpose of the Position

The Director Software Engineering, Singapore, directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation of software systems for products.

He/She is responsible for defining development- and test strategies and processes.

He/she manages one or more subordinate development teams.

Your Responsibilities

· Responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of medical/non-medical software development for cloud/client/server and/or programmer Software.

· Develops state-of-the-art Software development processes in accordance of standards (62304) and BIOTRONIK QM system and align with Software development processes in HQ and other BIOTRONIK development sites.

· Budget- and cost center management responsibility.

· Transform cost targets from Senior Managements into strategy that meets business needs in cooperation with subordinate manager.

· Personnel responsibility including recruiting, personnel development, agreement on objectives and performance appraisals, directs multiple development groups.

· Provide technical direction in the design, development and testing software systems, subsystems, components, and frameworks for the meeting of their respective specifications and general requirements.

· Oversee the software development life cycle and resolve complex problems.

· Manage technical resources and human resources in software development project as well as taking the lead in designing training programs to clients and subordinates.

· Manage key relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside our department.

· Oversee and review work of the team and monitor individual employees’ performance.

· Further duties and responsibilities can be assigned or reassigned by management at any time.

Your profile

· University degree (PhD., Master or Diploma) in Computer Science or related field

· More than 10 years’ experience in software development

· Theoretical and practical software engineering knowledge for regulated environment

· Software Quality Assurance strategies

· Technological overview in software development and Software test automation

· Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products to the Market in compliance with established schedules and within budget constraints

· Demonstrated success in leading multiple development teams in overcoming difficult technical challenges

· Understands large business demands and reacts with maturity; directs Software team accordingly; establishes positive change management

· Presents status and new ideas effectively to peers and upper management

· Demonstrated good communications and cross-cultural skills

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, lead and implement the overall marketing strategy for all brands under the group.

• Ensure that all marketing activities and collaterals are in line with brand equity.

• Define and deliver on all marketing related KPIs such as Awareness, Engagement, Retention etc.

• Work with cross functional heads to ensure marketing activities have a positive impact on Sales performance.

• Manage a team size of 5-7 people.

• Keep abreast of competitor activities and market developments.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience across Marketing roles in Product Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, CRM and Public Relations.

• Experience in team management/ Leadership.

• Experience in FMCG/ Beauty/ Fashion/ Retail is strongly preferred

• Self-starter, motivated and driven to constantly find ways to improve the business.

• Relish challenges, able to handle pressure of being accountable for Marketing Profit and Loss.
