• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in luxury environments
• Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) highly preferred
