Job Title: Mental Health Recovery Worker

Working Hours: Days - 37.5 hours a week including occasional sleeps
Starting salary: £24150k plus enhancements per sleep

Role Summary:

you will be working for a national charity that is part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities that are highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence

The service will look to addressing both a service users’ immediate crisis and longer-term recovery goals. It provides safe, high-quality support with an emphasis on understanding the factors which contributed to the crisis. The service equips them with strategies and tools to support their ongoing mental health recovery.

The service operates a holistic therapeutic support model, working towards preventing hospital admissions.

Position - Senior Nurse
Location - Lancaster
Salary - £36-£37 based on experience
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, flexible day and night shifts available

You will be based in a 17-bedroom facility, nestled in serene and private rural surroundings. As a Senior Nurse, you will provide clinical expertise and leadership to assist patients on their recovery journey, whether through clinical interventions or holistic support. Upholding high care standards for our clients, you will contribute to service enhancement and innovation for continuous improvement. Leading nurses on shift, you will guide them in prioritising patients' clinical care through effective time management, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Ideal Candidate:
- Registered General Nurse status and relevant qualifications
- Ability to engage with challenging individuals and establish trusting relationships
– patience and resilience are essential
- Team management experience (minimum 1 year)
- Passion for supporting individuals and delivering exceptional care
- Flexible and patient-centered service delivery approach

Role - Waking Night Mental health Recovery worker

Hours - 37.5 hours per week Shifts 10pm - 8am / 11pm - 9am

Salary £24150k

Location - Blackpool FY2

About the role :

The service House which is a crisis support service it looks to address both the immediate crisis and longer term recovery goals for individuals up to 6 at a time. It provides safe, high quality support with an emphasis on understanding the factors which contributed to anyones crisis.

Ideal candidate :

- Personal or professional experience of understanding mental health conditions
