Job Duties:

The Pharmacist provides evidence-based patient centered pharmacy care services to patients of Baptist Health Floyd. Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy

BLS for Healthcare Providers required

Completion of an ASHP accredited residency preferred
