Salary: up to £31,500 depending on experience

Your main responsibility as a Chef de Partie will be to assist the senior kitchen team in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Other key responsibilities as a Chef de Partie include;

• Prepare food to our high standards and ensure perfect presentation.
• Be responsible for your section and offer guidance and support to our commis chefs.
• Be fully aware of all dietary requirements, ingredients and the nutritional value of all menu items.
• Maintain clear communication between the Kitchen and other Departments.
• To ensure that all costs are kept within the agreed budget where possible and notify the Head Chef when problems are identified.

Chef de Rang

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £11.94 per hour, plus service charge and gratuities

As a Chef de Rang, you will passionate about delivering a great dining service to our guests. You will be passionate about service and inspire your team with your ability to positively impact a guest experience as a result of your dedication and passion to create a memorable customer experience.

In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.

Some duties and responsibilities as a Chef de Rang include;

• In conjunction with the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure the highest of standards are in place and a professional service at all times in our dining areas.
• Provide a memorable customer experience.
• Assist with the day to day running of the department and deputising in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Have an excellent knowledge of the preparation and content of all dishes on the restaurant menu and be able to advise guest when they are ordering, taking care to note special requests.
• Ensuring all literature available for our guests and have sound knowledge on calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices

HOURS: 20 hours perweek - guaranteed hours to plan your week aroundWorking Monday & Tuesday mornings - extra hours available covering annual leave etc
