Butcher’s Block is Raffles Hotel Singapore’s avant-garde wood-fire dining experience, expressing the elemental affinity and finesse of cooking with wood-fire. The Restaurant General Manager of Butcher’s Block will be the “face” and ambassador of the restaurant, leading the venue’s personality and soul.
