Job Description: As a Line Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring the

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain production line equipment efficiently to meet daily production targets.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards.

Market Drayton.

You will be responsible for maintaining training records across the factory and ensuring robust governance and compliance is in
place so that we meet business and customer requirements.

Your Duties Will Include:

* Ensure training and electronic files including on the Learning Management System are accurately maintained
* Successfully carry out weekly new training inductions for new starters
* Implements training records transfer to new system
* Liaises with on-site training coordinators to manage training records
* Supporting HR and Training with any admin duties
* Actively drives completion of training
* Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams to ensure correct balance of compliance (not overwhelming
for operations – but maintains compliance)
* Develops good course content and training materials, ensuring document controls and content is reviewed and updated on a
regular and accurate basis
* Ensure new starters/ employees who move role receive appropriate training within agreed timescales
* Ensures refresher training is completed
* Know Health & Safety responsibilities, the site rules, and bring to the attention to issues that could affect own, or others

Experience:
