Guardian has an opportunity reporting to the Reviewing Dentist Manager for a Reviewing Dentist where you will be responsible for maintaining a regular clinical review schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week (hours between 6am-7pm PST Monday-Friday), with expected 24-48-hour turnaround time for items available for clinical review and peer to peer phone calls.

May also include other responsibilities, such as completion of assigned Peer to Peer calls, participation in panel review of clinical determinations, completion of Clinical Grievance reviews, and participation in credentialing meetings​.
• Be responsible for maintaining quality work ensuring that review determinations are sound and supported by the diagnostic materials submitted and in accordance with Guardian Clinical Policies. Success in this role will be measured based on a combination of production and quality metrics.
• Support implementation of any new clinical review policy/criteria recommended by Dental Officer, Dental Standards & Quality Management and maintain awareness of continuous updates as pertaining to clinical review.

You have

• Degree from ADA approved dental school.
• Minimum 10 years clinical practice.
• Licensed dentist in a minimum of one state (Licensure in multiple states, especially NJ, TX, CA, preferred), Periodontist preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Proven computer skills with proficiency in Windows-based programs; including, but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Internet Explorer, and Chrome.
• In-depth knowledge of CDT codes, procedures, and dental insurance concepts

Salary Range

$70,270.00 - $115,435.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Director, IT Finance & Administration, the Manager, IT Finance & Administration is responsible for the timely and accurate financial management and reporting, and general administration for the ITS department.  Provides operating budget analysis, forecasting, and reporting.  Supports the development and management of capital budget requests and provides expenditure tracking.  Responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to support the financial functions of the department, including approval and processing of invoices and purchase orders.  Works collaboratively with the team to monitor all aspects financial activities.  Provide analytical support to resolve operating and finance issues.  Creates a positive, constructive and supportive relationship between ITS and the Finance Departments, as well as within ITS.

• Prepares annual routine capital budgets for ITS for submission to Finance
• Coordinates with the Finance department regarding the approval of new capital projects and the establishment of associated funding accounts
• Provides monthly budget analysis for all large capital projects.
• Performs analysis and support for ad hoc projects as needed
• Provide a quarterly operating and capital budget review to ITS leadership.
• Maintaining required level of professional knowledge on finance as requested by attending training programs as identified by Manager.
• Collaborates with Finance personnel as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management or related field preferred)

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

None Required

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of four years of experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaborative across various business units and with external vendors
• Ability to provide leadership and work effectively as a team member

About the role

What you need to know:

The Divisional Vice President will be responsible for selling Corebridge Financial Annuity products through a broker/dealer or other assigned distribution network. Working from a home office and covering a territory consisting of Central and Northern NJ and parts of NY, the role will be required to travel to the offices in said territory in a pre-designated loop format to conduct office presentations and one-on-one meetings with registered representatives.

The position reports directly to the Vice President, Divisional Sales Manager and sells to an assigned territory in the Independent Financial Advisor Channel.

Responsibilities will include traveling to and participating in (participation would be defined as, but not limited to: relationship building and firm or product presentations) firm sponsored or broker/dealer sponsored due diligence meetings and training meetings/sessions. Providing public seminars for investors and selling Corebridge Financial Annuity products through assigned broker dealers or assigned distribution channel.

Performance Objectives:

• Maximize territory performance and increase sales
• Development and implement a strategic territorial plan
• Become a recognized product line and industry expert
• Establish a professional selling process
• Develop deep on-going relationships with each account
• Develop solid relationship with internal wholesaling partner.

What we’re looking for:

• Must have a proven aptitude in financial services or have related experience.
• Requires 3+ years of successful outside sales experience managing a territory and meeting minimum sales quotas with little or no supervision. Candidate must be an adept public speaker.
• Licenses required: FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 license in good standing and NJ and NY Life and Health.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
