Account Officer

Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem 
• Mengontrol transaksi keuangan perusahaan 
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi kas dan bank 
• Membuat laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan 
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai keuangan

Definisi Job Function Finance:

Mengelola pandangan keuangan (financial strategic view) dan sumber daya keuangan (financial resources), menyusun rencana  kerja anggaran perusahaan, memahami  accounting information system, peraturan pajak, serta mengelola cost dan profitability analysis, treasury, billing, collection, revenue assurance, dan laporan keuangan.

• Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area
• Make 5 POS visits every day
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)

- Deliver processes and transactions in compliance with Risk and Financial Control policies

- Support internal audit on queries and requests for information. Provide technical support to Finance and business stakeholders via standard and ad hoc analysis and investigations as and when required.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to Finance change projects (including business requirements and user-acceptance test scripting.)
- Regularly review FSS processes for process continuous improvement opportunities. Deliver small-scale process change projects.
- Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilised to carry out FSS processes are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.
- Enhance Finance skills via an agreed and documented development plan.

Financial Responsibilities  :

• Membuat rencana aktivitas penjualan berdasarkan target yang ditetapkan, menentukan prioritas yang harus dicapai dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang sehingga rencana kerja tersosialisasi dengan baik.
• Memastikan penguasaan dan pemahaman mendalam atas produk-produk yang dikeluarkan perusahaan, maupun produk-produk investasi dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan pasar 

Operational Responsibilities :

• Mematuhi prosedur dan peraturan internal maupun eksternal dalam hal : KYC, Compliance, Certification, Audit.

Service Responsibilities :

• Memastikan pelaksanaan  pelayanan kepada nasabah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepuasan nasabah
• Memastikan tingkat kepuasan nasabah atas layanan finansial yang diberikan, demi membangun hubungan baik dengan nasabah preferred existing maupun baru

Memastikan seluruh keluhan/complaint nasabah terselesaikan dengan baik, serta memastikan penyelesaian dilakukan tepat waktu dan memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan yang berlaku di CIMB Niaga.
