Role Purpose:

To work in liaison with the finance lead in each academy to ensure that financial transactions and internal controls are accurately recorded and reported in line with United Learning’s finance policies and procedures.

The Cluster Finance Officer will carry out their role and responsibilities in a manner which is in keeping with the values and vision of each academy within the Cluster.

The postholder will support the financial management function to ensure processes are compliant with United Learning’s policies and procedures and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Title: New Homes Sales Associate – Chorley
Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract

Sales suite standard hours are 10am - 5pm

Are you a hardworking, self- motivated and tenacious salesperson with sound experience in residential house sales.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with a track- record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment. You will have experience as a sales associate for a house builder/ housing association or estate agency. Your ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service is essential, as this is key to everything we do. You will be a team player, whilst being a self-motivated and dynamic individual with a target-driven attitude.

Proven track record of property sales experience

• Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
