• lead our Business Insights and Analytics colleagues in the Economic Crime Prevention Platform to support the fight against Economic Crime

• perform and guide analysis to measure the potential benefits of new tools which aim to prevent fraud Economic Crime

• develop innovative solutions which support the monitoring of our Economic Crime Prevention Controls through reporting and dashboards and use these to help prioritise improvements in loss prevention and customer experience.

• support LBG Customers having better protection from fraud, lower inconvenience from false positives, and better reporting to regulators and crime agencies.

• support the development of junior members of the team and help them to improve their analytical and coding skills

• work with collaborators across the group to identify requirements and opportunities to enhance our Economic Crime Prevention controls that help Britain, rather than fraudsters, prosper.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We're looking to recruit a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to deliver influential insight through leading a small team of analytical professionals to assess the threat and mitigation of Fraud and Financial Crime.

You’ll get to know our residents, understand their likes and dislikes so that mealtimes are always a highlight of their day In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. What we’re looking for is someone who is keen on cooking and takes pride in kitchen hygiene standards. You’ll have a positive can-do approach, with good communication skills and you’ll be passionate about ensuring our residents receive the best service possible. You’ll be confident in engaging with our elderly residents to understand their individual needs and enjoy being part of the wider team in the home.
