• Assist in the preparation of risk-based annual internal audit plan and monthly audit planning schedule for the Head Office & ISO Audit Section.

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in internal audit / compliance with exposures in leading audit teams in the conduct of operational and financial audit, and preferably with prior exposures in banking / financial services industry.

• To conduct compliance risk assessment of the organization, including reports on ML/TF/PF inherent risks, residual risks and mitigating controls, on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions. • Manage and report the unusual and / suspicious transactions with escalation of AML concerns. Support Head of Compliance in liaising with BNM, relevant regulatory and agency to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and handling of audit reviews (internal and external) engagements.
• To support Head of Compliance in updating and implementing the Group Compliance policies, manuals, procedures, systems and control mechanism in complying with applicable laws and regulations, including AML/CFT/CPF regulations and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, AAT level 3 or equivalent
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a Finance Manager or 3-5 years in finance / management accounting.
• They will have an in-depth understanding of preparing management accounts, managing budgets, and handling full balance sheet reconciliations.
