Job Descriptions:
Supervise and monitor GL, AP & AR team to make sure accounts, payables and receivables are kept and paid up to date.
Ensuring group financial reporting are in order, comply with accounting standard and to meet respective statutory filing and internal consolidation account deadline and bank review purposes.
Assist Financial Controller in timely completing the periodic reporting within the agreed KPI.
To support on Group financial budgeting and analysis.
Review and implement appropriate internal control procedures and risk management.
Work closely with Finance and Operation on SOPP implementations and improvements.
Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related topics.
Ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Possessed Bachelor's of Degree in Finance or Accounting, or professional course (part or freshly qualified).
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Able to handle full set of Accounts.
Having experience and knowledge in managing Group consolidation account and Financial performance report.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia Income Tax, company act and have experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
