Head of Finance Services (Strategy)

That’s what we do, and we are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance Services who will be responsible for leading on Finance Strategy.
The Head of Finance plays a key role in the development and delivery of sound financial management within the Council.
The role, supporting the Executive Director - Finance and Corporate Resources, leads the delivery of Strategic Finance services for the council, providing sound financial support and advice across all council services. The Head of Finance (Strategy) leads on the development of the council budgets, and on management and financial accounting. You must have a proven track record of delivery of organisational budgets as well as leading and directing a team to deliver Finance service outcomes.
Requirements
