What you'll need

• Provide support to the Resolution Managers to enable them to respond to drivers timely and within set SLA's
• Respond to drivers who have provided feedback on Feefo
• Acknowledge newly submitted complaints with the driver, providing contact name and details of Resolution Manager who will be dealing with the case
• Complete KPI reports, monthly reports for service supplier KwikFit on NPS and CSAT scores
• Analyse data to determine complaint root cause and document findings
• To continuously improve our driver experience by analysing data from complaints and feedback
• To provide support to our drivers via a triage process by making outbound call to drivers who have provided negative feedback in customer satisfaction surveys or Trustpilot reviews

• Previous customer service experience is essential

Key Responsibilities – Interim Finance Manager/Accountant

• Budgeting & Departmental Analysis
• Cashflow projection and analysis.
• 12 Month rolling forecasting KPI reporting
• Business performance reporting
• Presenting the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
• Implementing a Power BI and dashboard reports.

Qualifications & Experience – Interim Finance Manager/Accountant

• ACCA/CIMA qualified (or part qualified with experience)
• Worked within the engineering/manufacturing industry
• Experience of using XERO software
• Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous planning skills and a result orientated mindset.
• Current and up to date experience with management accounts and financial accounts.
• Solid experience in SME’s across sectors and strong financial reporting experience.
• Experience in budget management and able to plan and report on variance analysis.
• Able to produce detailed financial reports and present to the board and communicate company needs to the wider business and stakeholders.
