Your new role
As a Senior Purchase Ledger, your primary responsibilities will include controlling and setting up new approved suppliers, processing multi-currency invoices, and ensuring adherence to purchase credit and returns policies. You will monitor unfulfilled orders, liaise with internal purchasing representatives, and work closely with the 'Goods In' department to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly reviews of supplier account information, chasing invoices, and reconciling supplier statements. What you’ll be doing:

Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing personalised and accurate information based on your expertise and training. Key Responsibilities

Produces, agrees, and oversees delivery of highly complex risk-based digital
plans with allocated clients/assignments that are designed to produce sufficient assurances to fulfil the requirements of the Head of Internal Audit Opinion on the effectiveness of internal control.
