An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant Band 5 within the CNWL All Age Eating Disorder Service. The post holder will provide comprehensive high-level administrative/Personal Assistant support to the Head of Eating Disorder Service, Clinical Director and Clinical Lead.
The post holder will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be able to work without direct supervision and to exercise initiative. The ability to multi-task is also essential.
This is a varied and challenging post, suited to an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, strong organisational skills, ability to adapt and take on new learning. In addition, the post holder must possess a high level of IT and literacy skills.
Coordinate strategicworkincludingdevelopingprojectplansand
systemsthatsupportthe work, monitoring progress and sending
out reminders to pursue deadlines.
Toworkindependentlymanagingmeetingagendas,deliveringactionsarisingfrommeetings and coordinating actions of others including the preparation and circulation of agendas and taking minutes and room bookings.
Toberesponsibleformanagingandmaintainingthesmoothrunningofthe Director’s diaries using independent judgment to prioritise work schedules in accordance with changing priorities and liaising and negotiating with all relevant parties in an efficient and effective manner.

fashion, with full briefing.
Topreparereports,agendas,minutes,statistics andothersimilar
documentsusing typing skills and a variety of software packages.
