Job Responsibilities 

• Establish and maintain General Ledger accounts within the core banking system and others operations system 
• Posting Financial Transactions to the General Ledger 
• Develop and implement financial and operating procedures to enhance the operational efficiency of business unit 
• Prepare and updated related reports as needed 
• Work closely with the Payment Operation team and Treasury Operations Team on ensuring accurate processing of settlement and refund related matters 
• Perform any other assignments given by the immediate superior

Overview:

2 positions available:

• The Fraud Specialist (Agent) / Senior Fraud Specialist (Team Lead) is responsible for primarily attending to the alerts generated by the Anti-Fraud system.
• This role requires in depth experience in identifying and resolving high risk incidents that may have the potential to result in fraud / scam losses to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

To review, analyze and provide resolution of cases created via anti-fraud detection system within prescribed SLA.

• Observe customer activities/transactions to identify suspicious fraudulent activity (e.g. Phone scam, Phishing, TAC scam and etc.)
• To perform callback to customer for suspicious activities/transaction flagged by anti-fraud detection system.
• Raise SAR to Compliance when needed (identification of mule account)
• Assist customer with initiating fraud dispute and recovery efforts (incidents with financial loss)
• Handles NSRC request and perform necessary actions on identified mule accts / and recovery efforts
• Any other tasks assign by Team Lead / Fraud M&D Lead

• Responsible for management, facilitating workflow and capacity management at team-level.
• Provide coaching support to team members to improve on performance.

• Constantly understand the fraud trend and research new monitoring enhancement to effectively mitigate possible new fraud trend for bank.
• Provide advisory regarding product specific issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, criminal justice).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fraud Monitoring & Detection functions with Financial Institutions, and possess in depth understanding of industry trends and common fraud modes operandi.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to end user and merchant over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product;  
• Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned products;  
• Ensure targets (customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity) are met;  
• Obtain customer and merchant details to ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into database for transaction;  
• Actively promote and educate customers and merchant on the use of self-help and our digital services;  
• Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers and merchant with salesperson or small medium enterprise when required;  
• Ensure first call resolution and effective follow up with stakeholder for case closure in accordance to standard;  
• Collect and record customer and merchant feedback/information and share to Team Leader for proper escalation to appropriate departments for service / product improvement;  
• To assist Team Leaders and Supervisors in executing activities as planned in business and action plan;  
• To handle interaction in a professional manner and achieves quality standard and work with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Quality Assurance Executives on the strategy to improve quality standard that lead to excellent customer service; and  
• Able to diagnose technical problems and perform troubleshooting for end user and merchant.  

Requirements:  

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent;  
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in call centre environment (Preferably in ecommerce sector and banking industry);  
• Moderate or Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other additional languages such as Malay, Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage;  
• Able to work under pressure;  
• Ability to work with cross-functional team to coordinate for desired output;

Job Description:

• Execute end-to-end Treasury settlement workflows (validation, confirmation, releasing payment instructions):  
• Confirmation of deals against counterparties, including reviewing and matching of confirmations and resolution of trade discrepancies 
• Timely release of instructions for pre-matching and to ensure accurate trade settlement 
• Manual security and payment instructions preparation when required 
• Post trade functions and events such as fails management, corporate action events, and derivative trade reporting 
• Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues 
• Develop SOPs (including training materials) with key stakeholders 
• Participate in testing and support the implementation of the treasury system 
• Propose and process system enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency 
• Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs and be compliant with internal controls and external regulations

Your new role
The role will be supporting in the treasury and finance functions, working across multiple investments and JV's. The role will include:> Weekly bank reconciliations
> Posting journals - accruals / prepayment
> Preparation of trial balances
> Reviewing budgets vs spend
> Reporting to JV partners on progress
> Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Director

What you'll need to succeed
