We are looking for an Investment Intern to join Quona's Asia team!
The Investment Intern will work on investment and portfolio projects and will have exposure to the regional and entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystems. The role will be part of the investing team covering India and Southeast Asia, and will be a full-time internship based in Bengaluru, India.

What will you be doing?
- Market research and analysis within key fintech sub-sectors.
- Source investment opportunities and support evaluation, including direct engagement with startups, development of investment theses, strategic and financial analyses.
- Support portfolio management activities.
- Support the Quona team in its daily activities.
What are we looking for?
- Must have completed Bachelor's degree and can commit for at least 8 weeks of full-time internship.
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, technology, financial inclusion, and investing.
- Drive, hunger, and a track record of over-achievement.
- Excellent analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), strategic mindset and independent thinking.
- Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced team that is geographically dispersed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least one year of work experience (includes internship).
