Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to telephone, email enquiries & complaints
• Arrange and manage cargo shipments
• Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
• Assist in bill of lading (BL) and custom permit documentation if needed
• Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
• Prepare MS excel reports and operational materials
• Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
• General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Jobs Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 year(s) of relevant experience as a shipper, preferably in Shipping/Logistic industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, very familiar with excel formulas
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, fast learner
• Able to work in fast-paced environment & willing to learn
• Applicants must be willing to work at Woodlands Industrial Area
• Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
