- Conducts continual planning for current and future maintenance and upgrading of all mechanical systems to achieve reliable performance, maximum efficiency, minimum operation and maintenance requirements.
- Prepares plans, specifications, cost estimates, and contractual and funding documentation.
- Conducts site visits with potential contractors during the procurement phase and with Contract Management personnel during construction to verify scopes of work.
