- You will interpret relevant contracting laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to determine applicability to specific contracting issues.
- You will perform pre-award/post-award functions for procurements involving complex and specialized procurements for Facilities construction, design and services of significant importance to the agency.
- You will give advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
- You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates to meet program goals, objectives, and command priorities, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and participates and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- You will assign work based on priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of the assignment, and capabilities of the employee.
- You will provide training opportunities, supports individual growth and development through Individual Development Training Plan (IDP).
